At ReSolution, we are scaling up a water-based, electrified recycling process for polyester-containing textile waste.
Over 90 million tons of textiles are landfilled or incinerated annually. Providing sustainable alternatives to virgin plastic, we divert valuable resources from landfill and incineration - cost-effectively and locally.
Complex waste recycling
Engineered for complex polyester blends, our technology isolates polyester while handling dyes and other impurities.
Electrified chemistry
Water-based and powered by renewable energy, our process uses electricity instead of harsh chemicals to minimize our footprint.
Salt-free hydrolysis
Unlike conventional methods that produce massive amounts of chemical waste, our electrified recycling process eliminates hazardous waste.

We leverage electrochemistry
Conventional recycling methods produce enormous quantities of chemical waste andleave a significant water footprint. Our recycling technology uses electricity insteadof chemicals, and is designed to recover water and auxiliary chemicals.

Awards
We are proud that our technology and mission have been recognized across Europe. Recently, we received the Techtextil Innovation Award 2026 for our novel recycling technology and won the GFC Dornbirn Innovation Award, earning strong endorsements from the global textile community. Internationally, we secured third place at the Rice Business Plan Competition (RBPC) 2025.
Our scientific foundation and business model have also been honored with the ACHEMA Start-up Award, the RWTH Spin-off Award, recognition as a Falling Walls Finalist, and a spot among Circulaze’s Top 21 Circular Economy Start-ups. Together, these accolades validate our trajectory as we scale circular polyester technology globally.
Techtextil Innovation Award 2026
Recognized in the category New Recycled Materials & Recycling Technologies at Techtextil in Frankfurt. The award honors our novel chemical recycling technology, which utilizes electrochemically assisted hydrolysis to eliminate chemical salt waste and make circular polyester economically feasible.
Dornbirn-GFC Innovation Award 2025
Winner of the Innovation Award at the 64th Global Fibre Congress in Dornbirn. Selected by an international jury of fibre experts, this award recognizes our technology for producing circular, affordable polyester from mixed textile waste while minimizing chemical, water, and CO2 footprints.
Rice Business Plan Competition (RBPC) 2025
Placed 3rd overall out of 42 international university spin-offs at the world’s largest graduate startup competition — proving the global commercial potential and investment readiness of our technology.
